You must enter your vehicle registration number correctly and in full when making the payment, as the system operates a vehicle number plate recognition system. There are payment machines in the car park and in the Waterworld Reception – we recommend paying in the car park to avoid queues at reception.

Registration is not required, but visitors are strongly encouraged to pre-register for a faster experience at the testing site. Registering in advance allows the site to test up to 2,500 people each day. Nine testing lanes are set up to accommodate the expected number of people, but pre-registering is key to expediting the process for visitors.
