over a year ago. CBeebies land can be done on a quiet day in about 2hrs. There is also another part of the park called cloud cuckoo land with an ice age 4d cinema and some other small rides.

Do you have to pay for CBeebies?

No, it’s all included in your ticket price. There are a couple of things that do cost extra, some of the arcade machines and prize machines, but all the rides and areas are free to access.

Can you walk into Alton Towers?

The Monorail opens from 9am (Subject to operational restrictions) each day and closes one hour after the advertised ride close. Alternatively, you can walk from the car park to the theme park entrance. It takes between 10 and 30 minutes, depending where you have parked your car.

The queues in Cbeebies land are usually around the 45 minute mark during the 6 weeks holidays. There is no Fastrack / method to skip the queues either, so getting there early and making use of Early Ride Time (9am – 10am) by pre-booking will get you the best use of the area.

Can you wear a bum bag on rides at Alton Towers?

Guests cannot ride with bags or loose items on our rides and so will be required to place bags either in lockers or on the ride platform. These facilities vary from ride to ride and belongings are always left at the owners risk.

Where do you park for CBeebies land?

Car parking for the CBeebies Land Hotel is sign posted as you drive into the entrance of Alton Towers Resort. Once parked, head over to the main entrance where a colourful theming feature sits outside which has been designed for little ones to be able to climb on and interact with.
