Is 10D a big bra size?
If you get fitted as a 12D, you can’t wear any ‘D’ cup bra, as a 10D will be too small and a 16D will be way too big. The band of the bra anchors it to your chest, so it needs to be sufficiently firm around your rib cage, so as not to move. This means that any other band in that same bra style won’t fit you properly.
How do I work out my bra size NZ?
To get it right, measure (in inches) directly under your breasts around your rib cage, ensuring the tape measure goes straight across your back at the same place as where your bra would sit. Make sure the tape measure is sitting tightly on your skin.
What is AB cup size?
Your cup size is the difference between your chest size and your bust line measurement. For example: Your bust line measurement at the fullest part of your bust is 34″ and your chest size is 32″. The difference is 2″, which means your cup size is a B cup.
Is a dd the same as an E?
A DD cup = E for full figure bras, DDD = F, but if you are used to buying a standard bra that comes in cup sizes B-DD and no higher, there will be about a half cup size increase between the DD in a standard style and a DD/E in a full figure style. Some of their styles fit an even wider range of cup sizes.
