Go to Baxter, then turn toward the locked gate on your right. The largest crate sitting down in front of the gate is the kind you want. If you’re patient, it should respawn a minute of two after clicking it, so you won’t have to run all over looking for more.

Respawning Yakedo is pretty simple. You must have three people in the dungeon. Once you’ve defeated Yakedo, one person should teleport out of the dungeon and then teleport back in. Once they teleport back, Yakedo should respawn.
