After completing the ‘A Bump-y Ride’ quest, you will be able to select the ‘Pregnancy’ option from a crib. This will give your chosen Sim a 6 day long Pregnancy, but with no tasks to complete. Your Sims won’t be able to earn Maternity Tokens during a ‘Pregnancy’. You can also ‘Add A Baby’ to a crib.

Pregnancy Event– you have 9 days to complete all the daily goals and support tasks to earn the baby bonus and maternity tokens for the baby is born. Pregnancy– takes 6 days but there are no daily goals or tasks to complete, your sim will just grow a baby bump and then give birth after the 6 days!
How do you get the maternity store on Sims Freeplay?
Once you update your game to the Pregnancy update you will be able to build the maternity store! Once built the A Bump-y Ride Quest will begin- complete this quest to unlock Pregnancy!
