After completing the ‘A Bump-y Ride’ quest, you will be able to select the ‘Pregnancy’ option from a crib. This will give your chosen Sim a 6 day long Pregnancy, but with no tasks to complete. Your Sims won’t be able to earn Maternity Tokens during a ‘Pregnancy’. You can also ‘Add A Baby’ to a crib.

Pregnancy Event– you have 9 days to complete all the daily goals and support tasks to earn the baby bonus and maternity tokens for the baby is born. Pregnancy– takes 6 days but there are no daily goals or tasks to complete, your sim will just grow a baby bump and then give birth after the 6 days!
