How does USTA work?
The USTA is a progressive and diverse not-for-profit organization whose volunteers, professional staff and financial resources support a single mission: to promote and develop the growth of tennis. To serve the sport at every level of play, the USTA recently debuted the USTA National Campus.
How does USTA team tennis work?
Leagues are based on team structure. – Adult leagues consist of two singles matches and three doubles matches for 3.0-4.5 levels. Team matches for the 2.5 level adult league consist of one singles match and two doubles matches. – 55&over, 65&over, Tri-Level, Combo and Mixed Doubles leagues play three doubles matches.
How much does it cost to join USTA?

- Click on “PLAYER REGISTRATION” on your Team Page.
- Pay the non-refundable league fee of $29.
- Beginning with 2017 Leagues, if a player has not played for a team and or received a default win, the player will automatically receive a credit of $26 within two weeks of the end of the local league season.

How do you create a USTA team?
Within your league select ‘Teams’. Select ‘+ Add Team’. In the following screen, you will need to give your team a name, select a team color, and then you have the option to keep the registration open or closed. If you select open, then participants will be able to register and select the team they wish to play in.
