Can I buy a Sky+ box and install it myself?
Another myth that a lot of Sky subscribers believe is that Sky and Sky+HD boxes can only be purchased directly from Sky, this is in fact simply not true. Your completely free to purchase a box from wherever you choose and install it yourself.
How do I connect my Sky plus to my TV?
Connect HDMI cable (pink socket) Plug the pink end of your new HDMI cable into the pink socket on your Sky+HD box and the black end into the HDMI 1 socket (or another available HDMI socket) on the back of your TV.
