How do I access my Google recordings?
Find your audio recordings
- On your Android phone or tablet, open your device’s Settings app Google. Manage your Google Account.
- At the top, tap Data & privacy.
- Under “History settings,” tap Web & App Activity Manage activity. On this page, you can: View a list of your past activity.
Where are Google recorder recordings stored?
The recordings are stored on your Google Account and will count toward your Google One/Google Drive storage. Having your recordings in the cloud is helpful for a number of reasons, the biggest being able to access what you’ve recorded from other devices.

How do I download a Google recording?
The web interface does not yet provide a way to download recordings, but you can use the app to extract an audio file. In the app, open the recording that you want to extract, tap 3 dots in top right corner, tap ‘Share’, tap ‘Audio’, and select a suitable method.
Where are recording recordings saved?
Recorded calls are stored on the device and not in the cloud. You can access them via the Phone app; simply tap Recents, and then the name of the caller. From there you can play back the recording, delete it, or share the call via email or messaging apps.
