Is Aragorn full human?
Aragorn ends up living a good life, and not just as a king. There’s an explanation for why a mortal like Aragorn could live for two centuries; he’s a member of the Dúnedain, a race of humans called the “Men of the West”. The Dúnedain are descendants of the ancient people known as the Númenóreans.

The Dunedain are the decscendants of the Numenoreans who came East to Middle-Earth with Elendil and his sons. The Numenoreans were Men who were gifted longer life by the Valar as a reward for aiding them in the war against Morgoth. The longer lifespan was passed down from parents to children.
