If you have found a lost furry friend, please let us help you find its way home! Simply complete a Find-A-Bear ID Program Found Form. *When lost furry friends are returned to Build-A-Bear, we return them to the address associated with the Build-A-Bear Bonus Club membership.

Instructions
- Mix the liquid laundry detergent and liquid water softener in a 50/50 ratio.
- Pour the solution into a spray bottle.
- Spray the area you need to clean with the solution.
- Allow the solution to soak into the fabric for a few minutes.
- Use a damp soft cloth to blot the area gently until it is dry.

Yes, we will accommodate returns past the policy deadline, 90 days from original purchase. Our associates can make minor repairs in stores; however, we are not able to accept bears requiring extensive repairs at this time. Can I order online and pick up at my local Workshop?
