The Passerby Analytics HQ (Japanese: すれ違い調査隊本部 Passing Survey Squad Headquarters) is a building located in Castelia City, at the intersection between Castelia Wharf and the street where Castelia Gym is. The building is small compared to the other larger skyscrapers around the city, and has only one floor upstairs.
