4th District. I am proud to represent North Carolina’s Fourth Congressional District. Centered on what’s called “The Triangle” as well as a robust surrounding agricultural and corporate area, this district includes Orange, Granville, Franklin, and Durham and parts of Chatham, Vance, and Wake Counties.
